Stuck, found a bug, or got an idea? Write to us in the app, or by email. Either way, a person reads it.
In the app
Support is built into Spades & Clubs, so you can ask without leaving the game. Open Profile → Help → Support or, outside a match, swipe in from the right edge of any screen. The menu at the top switches between:
- Chat — a direct message thread with us, not a form
- Ideas — suggest features and like other players' ideas (16 and older)
- Bugs — report something that's broken
- Votes — have your say when there's a vote on what we build next
If you allow notifications, the app tells you when a reply arrives.
